International International Tutor
Our International Tutor at Angels College helps to support you, encouraging their successful integration into life at the university throughout the year.
Our tutor will also talk to the students on a regular basis about any concerns they might have, staying in regular contact with their Residence Directors in order to help look after their wellbeing.
In each residential college there is an international student representative in the Upper Postgraduate Studies, who is appointed each year to help support and look after the needs of our international students within the residential environment. The International Tutor works with the student representative, updating one another regularly.
Our tutor also runs a programme of events for international students, which includes a cultural trip once a term. They also host other traditional celebrations, such as our annual Chinese New Year Supper. Within the first week of term, our International Tutor meets with all international students and ensures they know how they can get in touch if they would like to talk.
