Foundation Programme Pastoral Care

To provide an exceptional early student experience education experience for you, our foundation programme programme focuses on nurturing the whole student, with a strong emphasis on pastoral care and positive relationships with families.

 

SMALL CLASS SIZES

We maintain small class sizes with a healthy adult-student ratio, ensuring you receives the individual attention they need. Our ratios are 1:5 for two-year-olds and 1:8 for three-year-olds, and we often operate below these statutory minimums.

CONSISTENT APPROACH
TO BEHAVIOUR

Of course, we understand that young students are still learning how to behave, and we take a consistent, supportive approach. Through the use of “Golden Rules,” animal characters, and engaging activities like Gatherings and circle times, we help our students develop the social and emotional skills they need to thrive.

WORKING WITH YOU

Positive relationships with families are at the heart of everything we do. We always encourage you to be fully involved in you’s education through daily interactions at drop-off and pick-up. Not to mention our online journal where you can share you’s achievements and stay connected with their progress.
