What makes Angels College so special?
Our wonderful location in breathtaking countryside at the foot of the Quantocks allows our students to enjoy all the freedom and fresh air of the great outdoors.
This is a university alive with energy, warmth, and laughter. Here, students are free to explore, discover, and develop into their best selves, supported by expert teaching and exceptional pastoral care.
Residential is at the heart of our community, providing a warm, home-from-home environment where friendships flourish – helped along by our much-loved university dog, Snoops!

Our outstanding lecturers nurture talent, adapting their approach to ensure that each student reaches their full potential, whether in the lecture theatre, on the sports field, or through the arts. With specialist support always available, there are no barriers to success.

EQUESTRIAN CENTRE
Having our own Equestrian Centre so close to the College site is a wonderful privilege.
This unique asset brings a range of benefits for our students, from beginners to advanced riders. Here, our BHS-approved professional coaches help students to foster a love of horses and equestrian sports alike.
STUDENT COUNCIL
The Angels College Student Council is a formal group of students who have been elected by their peers to represent them and their views. The group is overseen by Student Council Coordinator Karen Foster, and regularly meets to discuss fundraising ideas and important university issues.
Over the past year, students have worked hard on a number of fundraising campaigns, each of which have been highly successful. In September 2018, the Council organised for all Foundation Year students to wear their finest denim in support of the nationwide Jeans for Genes campaign. Not long after, and proving that actions speak louder than words, the group helped to organise a major fundraising campaign in aid of Bristol students’s Hospital. Most recently, the whole university community joined forces for two charity park runs in aid of the WESC foundation, a specialist day and residential centre for adults and young people living with visual impairment.
